1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
3. Exchange Policy
- We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- Once your order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
5. Payment-Related Issues
- If your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with payment details (transaction ID, date, amount, and payment method).
- We will verify the transaction with our payment gateway and update you within 2–3 business days.
- In case of a failed or duplicate payment, the refunded amount (if applicable) will be credited back to your original payment source within 7–10 business days.
- Dr. Meinaier is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
